Refund policy

Returns & refunds

We can provide you with technical expertise to support you on choosing the right product based on your application. You can reach out to us through the link to our online enquiry form  on the webshop site and we will get back to you. 

If your parcel is damaged on receipt and the goods are unusable, please raise a replacement request through Contact Us page along with supporting photographs of the damaged goods within maximum 14 days from the date of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, you will be eligible for replacement as per our standard delivery service. If your request is rejected, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement / refund.

In the event of any quality concerns, please raise a replacement request through Contact Us page along with supporting photographs of the defect or other relevant evidence within maximum 14 days from the date of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, you will be eligible for replacement as per our standard delivery service. If your request is rejected, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement / refund.

Incorrectly ordered items (without pre-technical consultation from us) are not eligible for any replacement or refund.

If we agree to refund, the amount will be credited within 45 days from the date of approval.
