Shipping policy
General delivery information
We offer Door-to-Door (DDP) service worldwide (with restriction to countries under sanction by the UN and/or UK) with same day or next working day despatch service. The cut-off for same day despatch for all orders is 12:00 midday India time. An order placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
FedEx 7-8 day delivery (from shipment) is available to most destinations worldwide (except South America or some remote locations, where the transit time can take up to 10 days), you will see this option appear when you choose your country during check-out process.
If your required delivery country does not appear in the list of available destinations, please note that we do not currently deliver to this destination. The list of countries that we do deliver to is subject to regular review and may be updated at short notice. We reserve the right to deliver your orders by various carriers of our choosing.
Order Processing
We currently process and despatch orders from Monday to Friday. We do not process or despatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in India (“non-dispatch days”). Any orders received on a non-dispatch day will be processed on the next working day. Any orders received before 12:00 midday India time from Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. Orders received after this time from Monday to Friday will be despatched on the next working day.
Please note that if you place an order on a non-dispatch day, your estimated delivery dates will be affected as our carriers do not provide a pick-up service on non-dispatch days. Please do not include any of these days when calculating delivery times.
Order delivery tracking
Once your order has been successfully dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email together with relevant tracking and carrier information. You can track your delivery using the tracking number on the relevant carrier’s website. If you have any queries about your order or issues with your delivery information, please go to Contact Us page of the relevant carrier and complete the form (including your order number) in the message field.
Missing Parcels
Please note in the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost, we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our courier or delivery partner have completed their investigation (usually within 2-3 working days).
Delivery restrictions
We have restrictions on delivery in sanctioned or sensitive countries. If you cannot find your country in the delivery drop down list during check-out process, please note that this unfortunately means we do not currently ship to this destination.
